As more authorities shift to digital submissions, hard copy reproductions are limited, if at all.

The plans we provide are 'instruments of service' for use during construction. We can authorize plans that can be printed by most reproduction companies.

As more authorities shift to digital submissions, shipping hard copies of plans is rare. We can ship plans upon request.

Permit fees are always the Client’s or Landowner’s responsibility.

In-Office or Remote Meetings via MS Teams are recommended.  Number of Meetings will vary per project and client needs.  

Remote meetings (Via Microsoft Teams) or 1 in-office meeting per Phase, up to 1-hour in length, is Included in each Phase.

The following meetings will be invoiced at hourly rates unless noted in the approved Service Agreement and/or Service Fee Estimate.

1.        Conference calls, Phone calls, Virtual meetings over (15) minutes

2.        Meetings outside the office (i.e., The Client’s offices, Municipal Offices, Site/Field visits, etc.)

3.        Municipal planning meetings, zoning meetings. (In-person or virtual)

4.        In-office meetings exceeding (1) hour.

5.        In-office meeting exceeding (1) per Phase.

Travel will be invoiced at cost + 25% unless noted in approved proposal.

Mileage will be reimbursed per IRS guidelines at time of travel.

We prefer to provide upfront Lump Sum Service Fee Estimates. However Hourly rates may be provided as follows:

$150.00 PER HOUR

$950.00 PER DAY
