SCOPE OF WORK PHASE
The Client initiates this phase by completing a New Project Form (RFP) and providing relevant site information along with a Program.
We will schedule a Scope of Work Meeting to review the RFP and finalize the Scope of Work.
If required, we may recommend engaging Consulting Engineers. Following the meeting and based on the details obtained from the RFP, Program, and Scope of Work Meeting, we will prepare and send a Service Agreement for review.
The Service Agreement will consist of:
INTRODUCTION: DESIGN SERVICES
SCOPE OF WORK (OR ATTACHMENTS)
SERVICE AGREEMENT
SERVICE FEE ESTIMATE
PROJECT WORKFLOW
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Once the Service Agreement is approved, the Client is required to submit a signed copy via email. Our accounts department will then issue an invoice for the retainer payment—please refer to Payments for details.
Work will commence upon receipt of the retainer payment.
A dedicated Project Manager will oversee all communications and ensure that the Project Workflow is adhered to.
Allow 1–2 weeks for the review and collection of necessary project information to start the project.
